: The car has a damaged gear box, needs total replacement or someone who really knows what he is doing.

I have diagrams from the mechanic of the parts he'd need to fix it, happy to email them over. I have been unable to source a reasonably priced box and with all things considered, it is easier to dispose of it for parts. Body work is mostly good, a few screatches and bumps at the rear. Black leather interior, moderately worn out.

New alternator, new belt, working AC. Good engine. I am happy to put you in touch with the portuguese (no english) mechanic, to get the details of what is wrong with it.
